Overview

FB Live Ads Review is a live commerce advertising operations tool for Facebook Page administrators and authorized business operators. The tool helps authorized users select their own Pages and ad accounts, attach Page live videos, prepare and manage advertising workflows, monitor ad status, and review live performance.

Information We Process

When a user authorizes the app, we may process Facebook Page IDs, Page names, Business Manager asset references, live video IDs, live video titles, live video status, permalink URLs, ad account IDs, campaign IDs, ad set IDs, ad creative IDs, ad IDs, ad status/performance metrics, Page engagement context, monitoring logs, and operational settings entered by the user.

Access tokens may be stored server-side or locally for the purpose of calling Meta APIs on behalf of the authorized user. Full access tokens are not displayed in the user interface.

How We Use Information

We use the information only to operate the live advertising workflow: selecting authorized assets, loading Page live videos, filling Live Video IDs, creating or updating advertising objects, reading ad status/performance, reading live interaction context, sending short Page-owned operational host cue comments, and producing post-live review records.

We do not sell user data. We do not download live video content. We do not access Facebook Pages or ad accounts that the user is not authorized to manage.

Meta Permissions

The app may request pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, ads_read, ads_management, business_management, pages_manage_engagement, and pages_read_user_content when those permissions are necessary for the user's workflow.

The app may also request Marketing API Access Tier and Live Video API access. The Marketing API is used only for authorized ad accounts. The Live Video API is used only to list live videos for Pages managed by the signed-in user.

Data Retention and Deletion

Operational records are kept only as long as necessary for the user's advertising workflow and review process. Users can request deletion by following the instructions on the Data Deletion Instructions page.
