Overview

Live Ads Operator is a live-commerce advertising operations tool for Facebook Page administrators and authorized business operators. The current Meta App Review flow helps authorized users identify their managed Pages and business portfolios, then read ad account status and performance.

Information We Process

For the current reviewer flow, we process the signed-in user's public profile, Facebook Page IDs and names, business portfolio IDs and names, ad account IDs and names, account status, currency, time zone, and aggregate advertising performance metrics returned by Meta.

The reviewer page keeps the access token only in the Facebook JavaScript SDK session. It does not display the token or write it to browser storage.

How We Use Information

We use this information only to identify authorized assets and provide read-only advertising status and performance monitoring.

We do not sell user data. We do not download live video content. We do not access Facebook Pages or ad accounts that the user is not authorized to manage.

Meta Permissions

The current submission requests pages_show_list, business_management, and ads_read, plus the standard public_profile permission. Additional permissions are not requested by the current reviewer test page.

Data Retention and Deletion

Operational records are kept only as long as necessary for the user's advertising workflow and review process. Users can request deletion by following the instructions on the Data Deletion Instructions page.
